About Our Apartments

Stateline Apartments are one bedroom furnished apartments located in Oak Grove, Kentucky just one quarter of a mile from Gate 4 at Fort Campbell. Each apartment is 550 square feet and includes a sofa, chair, 2 end tables with lamps, coffee table, dinette set (4 chairs), frost free refrigerator, stove with self cleaning oven, full size bed, dresser and chest of drawers. All heating and air conditioning is electric.

Tenants are responsible for their own electric and water. Garbage removal is included in the lease. All apartments are wired for cable television.

There is a coin operated laundry room in our complex and ample parking for tenant vehicle(s).
