6 Month Leases

Stateline apartments rent for $475.00 per month which includes cable and trash removal. There is a $300 dollar deposit that is required, $100.00 of which is non refundable. Leases are for 6 month terms. After 6 months tenants may rent on a month to month basis.

Our lease does contain a military clause. We do consider deployment as orders.

Month to Month Leases

Stateline apartments will rent on a month to month basis for $650.00/month which includes water, electricity, cable and trash removal. Cap of $130.00 on utilities, tenant is responsible for excess over the cap.

$300.00 deposit. $100.00 non-refundable
